Οι υπηρεσίες έκτακτης ανάγκης ανταποκρίνονται σε αναφορές για συντριβή ενός μαχητικού αεροσκάφους F-16 στο βόρειο Μίσιγκαν. Σύμφωνα με την Εθνοφρουρά, το αεροπλάνο ήταν ένα F-16 που προερχόταν από την 149η Πτέρυγα Μαχητικών της Αεροπορίας της Εθνοφρουράς των ΗΠΑ.
Το μαχητικό αεροσκάφος φέρεται να συνετρίβη κοντά στην πόλη Μπλερ, κατά μήκος ενός από τους κεντρικούς δρόμους.
Ο πιλότος έπεσε με αλεξίπτωτο από το αεροπλάνο πριν αυτό συντριβεί και έχει τις αισθήσεις του, δήλωσε η επόπτρια της πόλης Μπλερ, Νικόλ Μπλόνσαϊν.

Following an F-16 crash in Blair County, Michigan, local reports indicate that the pilot is “conscious and alert” and that locals saw a parachute before the crash.
