Οι αρχές στο Αμπού Ντάμπι αντέδρασαν σε μία πυρκαγιά που προκλήθηκε από μία επίθεση drone σε μία ηλεκτρική γεννήτρια έξω από την εσωτερική περίμετρο του πυρηνικού σταθμού παραγωγής ενέργειας Barakah στην περιοχή Αλ Ντάφρα στα Ηνωμένα Αραβικά Εμιράτα, ανακοίνωσε σήμερα (17.05.2026) το Γραφείο Τύπου του Αμπού Ντάμπι.
Από την επίθεση δεν αναφέρθηκαν τραυματισμοί, ενώ τα επίπεδα ραδιολογικής ασφάλειας δεν επηρεάστηκαν και η Ομοσπονδιακή Ρυθμιστική Αρχή Πυρηνικής Ενέργειας στο Αμπού Ντάμπι επιβεβαίωσε ότι τα βασικά συστήματα του πυρηνικού σταθμού λειτουργούν κανονικά.
